FQ-A+I = Intentional Communication (3 of 3)

Focused Questions (FQ)

Rather than ask questions at the end of the communication process, copious questions should be ask ahead of time. This will allow you to determine the proper message that needs to be delivered. Talk to the people you are trying to communicate with and ask questions and reserve your answers for later.

Adjustments (A)

Narrow and focus your topic as much as possible. Future posts will discuss the importance of restraining communication boundaries, for now understnad that communication will intensify with boundary narrowing.

Interaction (I)

When you give answers or your thoughts, give room for response and interaction. We all want to be involved in the process of communication, make sure it isn’t one way – your way.

Intentional Communication must be worked at and honed continually. There are many delivery methods, verbal, non-verbal, print, internet and video just name some; however all communication needs to be intentional to be effective.
