Complain, Expect or Adjust

Which do you find yourself doing most often of the above? I love the following quote:

Intentional communication demands that you adjust your message to fit the audience or person you are communicating with. When you adjust the communication you pick up energy; energy to focus. Focus allows true two way communication to happen rapidly and effectively.

Everyone gets frustrated very easily when someone tries to share irrelevant information in a feeble attempt a communication. You have choices every time you communicate with people. You can complain that no one “gets it”, just lay your message out and expect that you have correctly hit the mark or you can expect to adjust the me
