I confess, my weekly review has been non-existent. In reworking my GTD system I could not get all my ducks in a row. While it will always be a work in progress, today is much better. Here’s a brief overview of what I am using with individual product insights coming in later posts.

GMail – with GTD Inbox addin, all email goes here and is labeled each day

GCal – Main calendar along with a “Task Calendar” & calendears for billable time

Remember the Milk – All tasks go here (I use Jott a good bit to input)

Google Docs – simple documents

Adobe InDesign – more complex docs and brochures

Adobe Illustrator for design

Sliderocket for presentations

Adobe Connect  – connecting with folks online

Wordpress – this site

Firefox is the only browser used
